Information we use

When you register, Lisano stores your account email, name and registration date. Practice activity may include test scores, answers, Writing submissions, Speaking transcripts and feedback. Payment requests store the reference you submit, but you should never enter a card number, PIN or banking password.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide practice access, show your progress, manage subscriptions, deliver feedback and allow the academy owner to support students. Approved success stories are published only after explicit consent and review.

AI services

Writing answers and Speaking recordings submitted for AI feedback are sent to OpenAI for assessment or transcription. Lisano stores the resulting text and feedback for student support; Speaking audio is not saved by Lisano after processing.

Website measurement and advertising

The website uses an anonymous browser identifier for visit statistics. Free public pages may use Google AdSense, which may process information according to Google’s own policies. Paid practice workspaces and the private student dashboard are kept free of Lisano ad placements.

Your choices

You may ask Lisano to correct your student information, vocabulary entries or submitted success story by contacting ceo@lisanoielts.com. You can permanently delete your Lisano student account and associated practice data from the account deletion page.
